The terms for using Catchrise’s website and initial account service.

Current access
The website introduces Catchrise and provides a product demonstration. Account access, when enabled, lets you register, verify your email and manage your sign-in. Creating an account does not activate independent customer monitoring, start paid scrapes or purchase a subscription. Monitoring access and paid plans will have their scope, limits and price presented before you choose them.
Using your account
Use accurate registration information and an email address you control. Keep your credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Only connect third-party accounts or data you are entitled to use. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another customer’s data, bypass security controls or use Catchrise for unlawful activity.
Content and measurements
Illustrative examples on the welcome page are labelled. Where monitoring is available, measurements depend on the source and collection times; missing data is not zero. Projections are estimates, not measured results. Public engagement does not establish why a post performed well or guarantee sales, advertising results or future growth. Check important decisions against other evidence.
Ownership and third-party services
You retain your rights in material you provide. Other creators retain their rights in their posts and media; finding or saving a reference does not grant permission to reuse it. Catchrise’s brand and software remain the property of their respective owners. Instagram, TikTok, Google and other third-party services are independently operated, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Prices, affiliates and availability
No paid subscription is sold through this version. Pricing, included collection usage, renewal and cancellation conditions will be shown before any purchase. The proposed affiliate offer is not yet operational; its final conditions will be published before applications, codes or payouts are enabled. Features may change as the service develops. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements.

These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional paid-service agreement will be presented separately before purchase.
