How Catchrise handles your account information.

Who is responsible?
Catchrise is operated by MUST GOWITH LTD, company number 14838950. Registered office: Sync Accountants Limited, The Media Centre, 7 Northumberland Street, Huddersfield, United Kingdom, HD1 1RL. What we collect
For email registration, we process your email address, password through our authentication provider, account identifier, verification status and language preference. If you choose Google, we receive the basic identity details Google authorises, such as your name, email address and profile image. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.
Why we use it
We use account information to create and secure your account, verify your email, let you sign in and respond to support requests. This is necessary to provide the account service you request. We use necessary technical records, including IP addresses, request times and security events, for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse and keeping the service reliable. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it.
Services that process information
Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Resend sends confirmation and password-reset emails. Vercel is the selected website host. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers process the information needed for their role. Our Supabase database is configured in London and our Resend sending domain in the EU; hosting, support and provider operations may involve other countries. Provider processing agreements describe applicable international-transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Cookies and browser storage
We use necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and browser storage for preferences such as language and appearance. Passwords are not saved in browser storage. The customer app does not install advertising trackers. When a page loads fonts from Google Fonts, your browser also connects to Google. Account emails are transactional, not a newsletter subscription.
How long information stays
We retain account information while the account is active and needed to provide access. You can request account closure and deletion by email. When handling a request, we consider account administration, unresolved support or security issues, legal obligations and any retention required to establish or defend legal claims. Provider logs and backup copies follow their applicable retention cycles; deletion may not immediately remove a backup copy.
Your choices and rights
Contact m.a.lkabous@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, where those rights apply. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant data-protection authority. If you do not provide the information needed for account access, we cannot create or maintain that access.
Current scope and changes
This notice covers the public website and customer-account service. Independent customer monitoring, connected Apify credentials, payments and affiliate payouts are not active in this version. We will explain additional processing before enabling those services for customers. We do not use account information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Material changes to this notice will be published here and communicated where required.
